Olivia Frazao is a healer and spiritual teacher with a Master's degree in clinical psychology and over a decade of advanced training with master teachers. She is trained in multiple lineages—the yogic tradition, esoteric Christianity, energy healing, family constellations, and indigenous wisdom—bringing depth, grounding, and heart-centered guidance to the awakening path. She leads the Ground of Love podcast, the Ground of Love Healing School, and offers free meditations and workshops.

Each day will follow the energy of the group field and the guidance of where Divine aliveness takes us.
We will always do meditation, and the other options may arise based on what is alive that day.

Chart your way through the awakening path with maps that help you avoid traps, recognize bypass, and understand your patterns

Practical application of self-healing tools and methods that you can use in daily life
