Retreat Overview

Many of us grew up in Christian families or cultures, and have felt alienated by the dogma, patriarchy, homophobia, shame and guilt, rigidities, and general B.S. that happened when fear-based mind co-opted spirituality for its own means and called it God's word. Seeking the real, esoteric truth, many of us had to turn away from the Christian lineage and towards a refuge of spiritual paths from other cultures, whether Buddhist, Yogic, Indigenous, etc. We may have found Divinity via those paths, but we still remain alienated from our own roots.

In order to protect ourselves from dogmatic Christianity, we ended up losing touch with the esoteric Christianity that is actually the real, alive, spiritual truth that Jesus espoused, and that mystics across the ages, like Saint Francis and Saint Claire, are beacons of. So what is Christ, in truth? What is Christ Consciousness, Christ nature? Not the bullshit you grew up with, but what is it, actually? The true Christ light is awaiting our hearts to open to it directly, in our own, personal experience. To experience it intimately, and to viscerally and undoubtedly feel it as our deepest inner nature. 

This retreat is a spiritual pilgrimage into esoteric Christianity. This retreat brings us across the world to Assisi, Italy, while bringing us home to ourselves deep within our own Christ heart. To our own Christ field, Christ emanation, Christ reality. When you are walking in Assisi and truly opening yourself at its sacred portals, God nature is so tangible all around you, and most importantly, within you.

San Francesco (Saint Francis) and Santa Chiara (Saint Claire) lived a thousand years ago, and are very much alive still. Their presence is felt. We go to Assisi under their protection and guidance, in a prostration to their own surrender to the Divine, and in openhearted availability to be shown, and taught, and healed, by them directly. 

This retreat is led by Olivia Frazao, but only inasmuch as Olivia leads the group to feel how we are all led by San Francesco and Santa Chiara, and the great field of Christ in general, within our own intimate depths. Whether you've already found the esoteric Christ, or whether even the word still triggers you, whether you are ready to reclaim your roots, or feel intrigued to connect with true enlightened saints, Assisi will reveal its gifts to you.

Olivia Frazão is a Brazilian-American healer, spiritual teacher, and meditation guide, blessed to have been taught and guided by master teachers and held in multiple spiritual lineages. Her work is strongly influenced by her multi-cultural upbringing, global travels, and spiritual pilgrimages. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian. Her education and credentials are:

• Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University, in the spiritual psychology program Spirituality Mind Body Institute, including focuses on trauma healing, conflict resolution, hands-on healing, and mindfulness education, and study at Union Theological Seminary.
• 10 years spiritual healing training with master healer Ron Young of Healing Wisdom, in the lineages of Hilda Charlton (Sri Nityananda, Satya Sai Baba, Yogi Ramsaratkumar - yogic tradition), Stylianos Atteshlis (Daskalos - esoteric Christianity), and Oreste Valdez (Cuban curanderia).
• Certified Family Constellations and Spiritual Constellations facilitator in the lineage of Bert Hellinger.
• 10 years with energy healing school Luminous Awareness Institute, including 8 years as healer and group leader - in the lineage of Barbara Brennan, with 10 years mentorship from founders Lorraine (Raina) DeLear and the late Anna-Lisa Adelberg, drawing on influences from Tibetan Buddhism, attachment theory, somatic experiencing, Internal Family Systems, and Wilhelm Reich's characterologies map.
• Certified Reiki Master and Reiki teacher (Reiki 4, highest level)
• Certified Life Coach and Corporate Coach from the world renowned Coaches Training Institute.
• Deep study of Nonviolent Communication.
• Indigenous wisdom collective Kaiaulu council member, under the spiritual guidance of Hawaiian elder Kumu Hula Puna Kalama Dawson, and Mamo Lorenzo Izquierdo Arroyo of the Arhuaco people of Colombia. Also mentored by Indigenous Alaskan elder Ilarion "Kuuyux" Merculieff.
• Devotee of Amma, Mata Amritanandamayi, Yogi Ramsuratkumar, Ramana Maharshi, San Francesco, Santa Chiara, and the bhakti tradition.
• Bachelors degree also from Columbia University - international relations and macroeconomics.
• Pilgrimage to sacred sites around the world in a study of multicultural spirituality and esoteric transmissions. Olivia holds and shares these transmissions with those with whom she works.

Transportation To/From the Venue

1. Roma Fiumicino Airport (FCO) 

The Rome airport is the international hub of southern and central Italy. You can get direct flights from the US. Roma Fiumicino is 90 miles/145 km from Assisi. You can reach Assisi from the Rome airport by train. It will take about 3-4hr total. You can take the train from the airport and switch trains at Roma Termini or Foligno, and then get off at Assisi. The Assisi train station is a short taxi ride (around 15 min) to our venue.

You can also rent a car and reach Assisi via the A1 motorway, and it takes around 2.5-3hr. You can use the website Rome2Rio for travel routes.

2. Florence airport (FLR)

The Florence airport is 86 miles/140 km from Assisi. From there, the drive takes about two hours, or you can take a train from the airport to Florence's Santa Maria Novella station to catch a direct train to Assisi. The Assisi train station is a short taxi ride (around 15 min) to our venue.

3. Perugia

If you are flying to Assisi from Europe or if you have a layover in Europe, the Perugia airport (PEG) is a short drive from Assisi (only 12km or 7.5 miles from Assisi).

Fees

Retreat fees include a training fee and a venue fee.

Training fee:

• 850 Euros / 970 USD

Venue fee:

• For 4 nights, double room: 320 Euros / 365 USD
• For 4 nights, single room: 420 Euros / 480 USD
• The venue fee includes your room, breakfast, and dinner. The venue fee does not include lunch or transportation.
